In order to use Grant-Security.com, you must first register by creating Log in account with user name and password. During registration you must provide, your personal information including name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information is necessary to fulfill and track your orders. For purpose of billing and order processing, additional information is required such as, credit card number and expiration date. All of your information is stored on a secured server.
Your IP Address (the internet address of your PC) will also be collected to calculate number of customers visiting our site, and when you provided us with comments and suggestions.

Pricing and Availability Policy
Product pricing and availability is subject to change with or without notice. Due to the nature of today’s business climate and this industry, item availability, specifications, and prices may change often and without notice. The Company works very hard to display accurate information on their products for sale, but will not be held liable for changes in items, pricing, or specifications, due to business reasons, Site errors or omissions, or computer hardware and software errors.
We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, however, if you have ordered an item that is subject to a price and availability change, we will hold your order and inform you of the change before processing the order.
Payment Terms
We accept Paypal only, all orders will not be shipped until full payment is received and cleared (ship to Paypal verified address only).
Sales Tax
Grant-Security.com only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within New York State. Sales tax is calculated to be the same as your local New York sales tax. There is no tax collected for orders shipped to outside of New York State. An out-of-state buyer is responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes which apply to Buyer's order(s).
Shipping
All shipments shall be sent via UPS, Fedex, or DHL fully insured and with signature required. For the protection of our customers, Grant Security performs address verification on all orders and shall only ship packages to the known billing address. Following the rules of our shipper partner, Grant-Security does NOT ship to PO Box. If you would like to ship your order to an address other than one listed on your credit card, you must fill out a ship to another address form with authorization signature which could be received by contacting our customer service department.

Product Warranty
All our products are brand new and come with full one-year factory warranty. Unless otherwise specified, Defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, tampering and unauthorized repairs are not covered by warranty. Within the warranty period, Grant Security, Inc. will at its discretion repair or replace the products without charge. We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. (Shipping Charge May Apply).

All equipment returned to Grant Security, must first receive a RMA number. RMA numbers can be obtained via downloading RMA form at: Grant-Security.com.
To ensure speedy processing please address return package with RMA number on the exterior of the package or the package will be refused at our loading dock. Grant Security, Inc. reserves the right to access a restocking fee for the testing of any equipment returned for warranty repair, that is found to be faulty due to customer misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, tampering, unauthorized repair, or if the tested equipment is found to be in perfect working order.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product back to us. Please note that by receiving a Grant Security RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to a final inspection. Grant Security reserves the right to deny a return at any time. Any RMA with out a copy of the original Invoice and RMA form describing the problem with the unit will be refused. You will be charged for replacement of damage, altered or missing hardware, software, accessories, manuals and boxes.
An RMA number is required for all packages shipped to Grant Security by a customer, or the package will be automatically refused. If a return policy is published on a specific product's details page, that policy shall override this General Return Policy.

Defective Product returns:
You may return defective items to us immediately after receiving them Dead on Arrival (DOA) for replacement or Grant Security credit less shipping charges.
All defective exchanged /returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories for a credit. Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
Non-Defective Product Returns:
*There are absolutely no returns on bulk cable and DVRs.
You may not return non-defective items as all the products on the Grant-Security.com are deeply discounted.
If you observe that the box in which your items arrived in appears damaged by the shipping provider, you must contact us immediately so we can arrange an on-site evaluation by our Shipping Provider. We insure all packages.
General Return Policy
Grant Security offers a limited* 14 day money back return policy. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned or refused goods. Returns are only accepted on unopened, unused goods. After 14 days there are no returns on any items. If free shipping was offered on any items, the customer will now be responsible for the cost of the initial shipping.
If you have received any wrong item(s) or any item(s) you didn't order, please contact our Customer Service Department so we can issue a call tag from our Shipping Provider. We will ask you to indicate the item(s) you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did not order. Following a brief verification process, we will rectify the situation promptly.
If you are inexperienced in purchasing or installing the products you are ordering, we strongly advise that you speak with a Sales Rep to verify that you are ordering the correct equipment. Our customer base is comprised mostly of security dealers who order related products on a regular basis. We highly recommend all systems be installed and serviced by experienced security professionals.
Legal Status of Security Products:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any item in the catalog. Consult your attorney regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
